Our Service Guarantee:

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Opal Hair Company. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that scheduling conflicts occur and you may have to cancel or change your appointment, in order to respect the time of our service providers we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
No-shows will be treated as a cancellation and charged 50% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals:

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Children:

Opal Hair Company is family friendly, however, all children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Refunds:

All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider. Any corrective service must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date.

Return Policy:

Damage To Personal Property:

Opal Hair Company is NOT responsible for damage to personal property. While our staff does our best to work as neatly as possible there are times color may get on clothing, or water may touch your clothes, shoes or personal items. While this does not occur often, we urge you to change out of your clothing, hang it up, and put on a smock provided by Opal Hair Company in our restroom. We cannot be held responsible for damages to clothing during a service.

Right To Refuse Service:

Opal Hair Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
